I am a do it yourself kind of guy from Tampa. I grew up taking things apart and trying to figure out how to fix them, computer games are responsible for me learning !

Featuring 13 years of experience and constant education, I repair any type of desktop or laptop, complete software and hardware repairs, I do it all! Also featuring specialized Cisco training, I can diagnose and implement network services and servers. 

I started professional repairs in 2004 right out of high school while I have many returning customers since before then and there after, I have concentrated on my education and have spent most the time working full time and going to school.

If you want to get to the bottom of your issue with an honest service person, please let me know and I will give it to you straight, direct and honest. I do not offer "partial repairs" in hopes that a system will get better. I will tell you right away the correct solution to get reliable service from your unit and i will help you set the expectations from your machines with the current and possible future conditions. I offer coaching with repair services on how to avoid malicious sites and downloads, I do everything possible to educate my customers how to get the most out of the system and how to maintain it for more reliable service. 

Do you have a new computer with Windows 8 and hate it? I offer a specialty service of removing Windows 8 and replacing with Windows 7. I have done many of these system changes for customers who are unfamiliar and do not like Windows 8 and I personally do not like Windows 8 myself so I do not blame them! 

This is not as easy as one would think because the newer computer with windows 8 often feature new hardware that did not exist with windows 7 and finding the drivers are more difficult but still possible, I can do it !

I also offer specialty services for realtors! Many of my customers or realtors who I have helped in the past and in turn sent me other realtors. I know what you need, and I have what you Need! I will show you how to separate your MLS from everything else and help protect your system from virus issues.

    Very happy with service. My hard drive crashed and Jeremy diagnosed and repaired at a fair price. I then took my daughters computer in to have the DC jack replaced. Again, very happy with the service. Jeremy even fixed my touch pad issue over amonth after the repair at no charge. I would use them again for my computer repairs. Very happy customer :-)

    He did a few things to fix my laptop. First he replaced the keyboard, then reinstalled the operating system. It now runs so fast and it was much cheaper than I thought it would be. Jeremy exceeded my expectations for sure!

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. virus removal, software install, operating system re installations, upgrades, down grades, hardware diagnostic and repairs, build new computers, data transfer from old computers to new computers, data recovery of lost and deleted files or crashed system data recovery, screen replacements, hard drive replacements, power supply replacements + much more

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. I replaced a motherboard and keyboard in a laptop for one customer(spilled coffee), re installed windows 8 on a all in one touch screen computer(HP)(virus issues) for a second customer and a third customer got a entire new desktop built !

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I am not sure how to answer this exactly because there are alot of people providing services who are not actually informed or qualified to make the repairs you need but they will say things to confuse you and make them look informed and a good source of information to trust them, un fortunately these people are hard to spot without knowing what to ask and the correct answers, the best thing from there would get a second opinion by a professional if you have doubts.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. To this I would say what I do currently ask any time I am looking for service and I would want to know how familiar the person is with my issues and the cheapest I could possibly get away with making the services or repairs done. I would also want to make sure the solution offered is the correct and best way to handle the issue to where its not just being hidden and wont come back later.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. a good honest way to determine if something should be fixed is weigh the cost of the unit new vs the repair cost vs the cost to replace it completely with a new unit. this may be extremely difficult to determine and I can help as they sell new computers now very cheap but what you dont know is the speed and technology included is as old as ten years! un knowingly many consumers buy a new machine for really cheap under 400$ sometimes as close as 200$ for a new system but they do not understand why its slow and buggy and just plain useless and the fast is your buying a computer slower than ten years ago(old spec hardware with new higher demanding software and the system cannot handle it).

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. It is not my place to outline why others fail but I can outline why I feel I am better. When I agree to make a repair or provide information on a diagnostic it is not because I am guessing or I feel it "Might" help the situation. When I get involved and offer a solution it is because I have tested everything and know what to expect and how the situation can be affected by various actions. I am not here to trick you into paying me for nothing or waste your time, I want to make you happy and do what I say I will !

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Computers shaped who i am and are responsible for where I am today. I believe 100% I would be lost without having grown up using my computer and repairing it and offering others my services.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most commion question I get is usually whether or not I can fix their computers and how much it will cost(lol go figure =))

To this the answer depends on each situation the only general statement I can give is my opinion on what it sounds like the problem is and I could provide hypothetical issues and solutions(and the costs) based on the information provided but in all honesty there are few situations that can be 100% identified without me checking myself.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish everyone could see from my point of view how much bad information many people provide when looking for advice and help and I wish people would find someone they trust and stick with them.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. A long time ago my mother bought my family a computer back when Dial up was the only internet available really and my parents and various family members started buying me computer games which i started to play and I got hooked on online game play with really opened the door to learning computers with modifying game play and modifying software and hardware it really taught me more than I knew existed. 

then one day the computer quit turning on ! with the help of a few phone calls to a few computer repair stores I self diagnosed the issue and replaced the part myself and on the first attempt I fixed my computer (and saved over 300$ on parts mark up and labor) ! I then realized how much I liked computers !

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I was very satisfied with my customer whom I built the embroidery computer for her husband needed a new computer so we just ordered and built him a nice office computer that will be reliable for 8-10 years easily and seamlessly transferred all of his files and set him up on Dual monitors. 

It made me proud that not only was she still very happy with the computer I built they came back and got another machine !

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I always keep up with the latest standards in hardware and software and these changes occur very often !

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. well honestly nothing exciting just quite the opposite to be honest the amount of computer repair business is on a steady decline as more and more people buy expensive smart phones and do many tasks with tablets and smart phones instead of depending on a computer however the need for computers will never go away as it is very un likely to write a report or school work or balance finances on a phone.

A. Nothing is complicated for pricing it is all discussed over the phone before dispatching out.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. you have to get hands on and do alot of research, my line of work is nothing you will learn from a book or school, you have to do it yourself or be shown how.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. My ability to diagnose issues and find a solution that is practical.

Q. What are you currently working on improving?
